Slow Cooker Mango Pepper Pork

The great thing about this Slow Cooker Mango Pepper Pork recipe is that you can add everything in the slow cooker in the morning, set it, and forget it. When you’ve come home from a busy day, you’ll immediately smell the aromas of a delicious dinner waiting for you. The mango and chiles make the perfect combination of sweet and spicy that everyone will love. You can serve the pork in a tortilla as a taco as I have, or you can eat it with a side of rice drenched in all the fantastic au jus from the pork.
