Spinach Artichoke Dip is a favorite for parties. This dip is served warm and is very DELICIOUS! Serve crackers, chips, or crusty bread with this Spinach Artichoke Dip appetizer. It is easy to make, and it’s always a crowd pleaser. I love this appetizer because it only takes a few minutes to make. You can prepare and refrigerate this dish for up to two days before baking. Ingredients
- 1/3 c. light cream cheese
- 1/3 c. light mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. light sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. white onion, finely diced
- 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. parmesan, grated
- 1 14 oz. can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and black pepper. Mix in onion, 1/2 c. parmesan, artichoke hearts and spinach until well combined.
- Spread dip mixture into an 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 2 tbsp. of parmesan over top of dip and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot.
- Serve warm.
