This coffee-chipotle rub adds a bittersweet, smoky, rich flavor with some spicy zing undertones to this perfect Roasted Coffee and Chipotle Grilled Pork Tenderloin! Once you mix the ingredients, then cover the pork and let it sit for about 30 minutes, before grilling. It is so delicious! I like to serve it with my Vanilla Apple Compote.
